Susan Powell, a Utah mom of two, has been missing for nearly one year, her husband, Joshua Powell is breaking his silence for the first time and his comments have caused a firestorm of controversy!
Joshua Powell claims he was camping with his two young children during a blizzard when his wife vanished. Powell spoke out in an interview with the Salt Lake Tribune and stands by that bizarre alibi. Powell also claims his missing wife suffered from mental illness, and he blames Susan's parents for her disappearance, claiming that they put too much pressure on their daughter to be "perfect."
Powell even claimed that Susan inherited mental illness from her parents. But Joshua's estranged sister is coming out fighting against her brother! She claims: “Josh’s brother has bi-polar schizophrenia, so it’s documented in the Powell family. It’s not documented, as far as I know, in the Cox family.”
Moreover, Joshua Powell claims that his wife is alive and has ran off with another man.
While Joshua Powell will speak out to the media to trash his missing wife and her family, he is refusing to cooperate with law enforcement and has lawyered up.
Joshua Powell is considered a person of interest.
