Joshua Davis case: Authorities continue to search for missing 18-month-old
Although over 100 police, fire and other emergency personnel have joined in the search for 18-month-old Joshua Davis, they have yet to find any sign of the New Braunfels, Texas toddler.
Joshua was reported missing from his home on Friday at around 8:15 p.m. Police reportedly searched Joshua’s home and under took a house-to-house search where in the mobile home park where the boy’s family resides.
On Saturday, volunteers from Heidi Search Center, Alamo Area Search and Rescue, and Travis County Search and Rescue units joined in the hunt for Joshua.
According to The Herald-Zeitung, police and bloodhounds will continue to search for the little boy throughout the night.
“We’re not losing hope. We’re looking at this optimistically and we’re really hoping and praying that he ends up safe,” said New Braunfels Police Department Lt. Michael Penhorn.
He added that a Department of Public Safety helicopter has been aiding in the search.
Officials are currently making the presumption that Joshua just wandered off from his residence.
“We don’t have anything right now that would indicate to us that it is an abduction,” said Penhorn.
A press briefing is slated for Sunday at 8 a.m.
Joshua is described as being 2-foot-tall and weigning 30 lbs. He was dressed in a blue and red long sleeved shirt with a grey long sleeved t-shirt, beige jeans and black and white socks. Anyone with information is urged to call the New Braunfels police at 830-221-4100.

there is something not being said from the family because a baby that small should have not been left alone that long ..i am praying the baby is ok but i just think there is more to what they are not saying
My theory is that somebody in one of the bedrooms snuck this child out the window to somebody who was outside waiting. No way could a child get out of the door with that many people in trailer.
Something doesnt seem right about the story...
