Joshua Bryant is making his mark on the Mpls music scene...

Joshua Bryant is a music business student at MSB College, but in his free time, he's the CEO of Minneapolis's All Out Recordz.  The label itself is a business that does just about anything for an artist, including marketing, promotion, management, engineering, mixing, DJ'ing, event planning, contract negotiations, business communications, and recording.

Josh describes their most notable achievement as being able to perform at big concerts in 2010.  These concerts include Mims, Lil Scrappy, and Young Buck from G-Unit.  A pretty high achievement for someone who started in the business in 1994 while in high school.

He paved a path for himself by free styling at parties and recording his own demos.  "A lot of people like the flow, so I figured it was something I could pursue," he says.  Now he goes by Merg Toast and has also done work for Red Vinyl Media.

Inspired by Dr. Dre, Kanye West, Swiz Beats, and Ice Cube; there's no stopping this entrepeneur.  Josh believes the current music industry has given him so many opportunities to reach people.
