While playing London's Meltdown Festival Queens of the Stone Age's Josh Homme debuted a new song, “Villains of Circumstance,” during the acoustic gig. Even though he's unplugged, Homme's wonderful vocals and powerful music comes through loud and clear. A fan-shot video captured the performance from a distance, but the song can be heard clearly. There is no word on whether this song will appear on the band's next album, which Homme said he wanted to start working on soon. You can watch the footage here.

Queens of the Stone Age are currently on tour in support of their highly successful 2013 album “...Like Clockwork.” In May, they played two shows at Chicago's Aragon Ballroom, one of which sold out. To grab a copy of their latest release and to see where they'll be next, visit their website.
