Josh Duhamel and Fergie are expecting a child as reported at Us Weekly on Feb. 18, 2013. The news comes less than two weeks after the 40-year-old actor reportedly denied his wife was pregnant after people got suspicious when they saw what appeared to be a Fergie baby bump when the 37-year-old The Black Eyed Peas singer wore a skin tight Gucci dress on the "Safe Haven" red carpet.
Tweeted Duhamel on Feb. 18, "Fergie and Me and BABY makes three. #MyLovelyBabyBump." Included with the tweet is a superimposed pic of the "Safe Haven" star and his pop singer wife as children, holding a cat. The actor met the pop singer Stacy Ann Ferguson, or Fergie, in Sept. 2004. They married Jan. 10, 2009.
Said Duhamel on Fergie and her pregnancy, "My mother was a teacher. Both of her parents were teachers. We both had to work for what we got. We're both Catholic. There were a lot of things that were really compatible between us. But at the end of the day, she's just an amazing girl."
Despite the fact that Josh prides himself on being Catholic and on his marriage to Fergie, his past has not been as remarkable as his present. Will his marriage to the singer, particularly now that they will soon be parents, be void of alleged extramarital drama? In Nov. 2009, stripper Nicole Forrester publicly apologized to Fergie for allegedly sleeping with her husband. "I thought, 'Nobody's gonna find out. It's not gonna hurt anybody,'" said the stripper. Duhamel denied the rumor and Fergie stood by her man.
