Josh Brolin arrested again: Actor booked and released for public intoxication

Josh Brolin was arrested again after having "too much fun" on a boys night out with his friends. The news of Josh Brolin's arrest for public intoxication broke on Jan. 5, 2013. TMZ reported that the New Year's Day incident happened just before the clock struck 12. The troubled 44-year-old actor spent the night in the company of the boys in blue. He was booked at 3:02 a.m. and released at 7:14 a.m. after paying bail in the amount of $250. Fortunately for Brolin, police did not issue a citation. That means he won't need to appear in court for the incident.

The New Year's Day incident was not the first time Josh Brolin was arrested. He is married to the lovely Diane Lane, and he was cited for misdemeanor domestic battery back in 2004 after she phoned police following an argument in their home. Bail was set at $20,000, reported LA Times.

In 2008, Josh Brolin was arrested at the Stray Cat bar in Louisiana following an argument at a bar. Brolin was reportedly not involved in the dispute but attempted to interfere with police who responded to the scene to intervene in the fight. According to New York Daily News, bail was set at $334. He can easily afford to pay bail. His net worth is estimated at $35 million, according to Celebrity Net Worth.
