Rumors hit the internet Tuesday that Inception star Joseph Gordon-Levitt could be playing The Riddler in the next installment of Christopher Nolan's Batman.
According to the website First Showing, a casting grid was spotted for the movie (currently titled Batman 3), with Joseph's name on it. The status next to his name reads "interested". It's not totally out of the realm of possibility considering the success the pair (along with Leonardo DiCaprio, Marion Cotillard, and Ellen Page) have had with Inception.
It should also be noted that Christopher Nolan has a thing for working with the same actors repeatedly. So much so that there's a graph on his Wikipedia entry laying them all out. Michael Caine seems to be his favorite so far, with a role in five of Nolan's movies.

That said, I think JGL could really nail this role; he's very underrated.

He's a good actor. But I think he'd be a even better Robin/Nightwing.
