The 100 Chocolate Lace Cookies
- 2 sticks butter, softened
- 2/3 cup Truvia Baking Blend
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup almond flour
- ¼ cup unsweetened whey protein powder
- ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- ½ tsp. salt
- 4 oz. dark chocolate (chopped)
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
Preheat to 350. Line baking sheet with parchment paper
Mix together all ingredients in a large bowl, then spoon onto lined baking sheet.
Bake for 9-10 minutes.
