Joran van der Sloot knows where Natalee Holloway is buried, according to Peruvian police (video)

Joran van der Sloot, 22, the prime suspect in the disappearance of Alabama teen Natalee Holloway, knows where she is buried, according to Peruvian police.

The Dutchman confessed to the May 30 killing of Stephany Flores, 21, in Lima, and during his interrogation “…let it slip that he knew the place where this person is buried,” Gen. Cesar Guardia of Peru’s criminal police force told the Associated Press.

Guardia added that van der Sloot said “he would only testify [regarding Natalee] before Aruba authorities.”

Van der Sloot’s new attorney has asked a judge to throw out his client’s confession as void because it was made in the presence of a defense lawyer appointed by Peruvian police. Nonetheless, Guardia contends that “The incriminatory elements were so powerful that he [van der Sloot] had to confess,” adding that blood stains were also found on van der Sloot’s clothing.

Natalee, 18, was last seen leaving an Aruban nightclub with van der Sloot in 2005. She was on the island with high school classmates celebrating their graduation. She has not been seen or heard from since, and van der Sloot claimed he did not know what happened to her.

However, in 2007, the Dutch national was surreptitiously videotaped by a reporter, saying he took Natalee to the beach where she passed out drunk. He then asked friends to dump her into the ocean thinking she may have been dead. Van der Sloot later claimed he made up the entire story.

Van der Sloot was arrested twice with regards to Natalee’s disappearance, but released due to lack of evidence, according to Aruban authorities.

Stephany was murdered five-years-ago to the day Natalee went missing. She was found in van der Sloot’s Lima hotel room laying in a pool of blood. She had a broken neck, and had been beaten and stabbed.

According to police, van der Sloot struck Stephany with his elbow prior to strangling her. He then took about $300 cash and two credit cards from her person. Police also allege that van der Sloot took off his shirt after killing Stephany and attempted to put it on her. He then tried to place her body in a suitcase, but was unable to do so.

After the alleged slaying, van der Sloot fled to Chile, where he was arrested on June 2. That same day, the U.S. charged him with extortion and wire fraud after he attempted to obtain $250,000 from Natalee’s family for information regarding her whereabouts.

Van der Sloot was secretly videotaped by the FBI in an Aruban hotel room telling a lawyer for the family, John Kelly, that he had pushed Natalee, and that she fell and died after hitting her head on a rock. He claims his father -- who is now deceased -- helped him bury her body in the foundation of a house. Kelly accompanied van der Sloot to the location, however, no body was found.

Van der Sloot later admitted he had lied about the case, according to the AP.

Stephany and van der Sloot met at a Lima casino and a hotel security camera captured the two entering van der Sloot’s hotel room later that morning. Van der Sloot is seen leaving alone about 4 hours later.

According to his confession, he killed Stephany because she found information regarding Natalee on his laptop computer.

van derSloot lived just the American soldier way: murder and rape.

What is to criticize here? Americans do it and are considered as heroes.

He loves tormenting Beth Holloway because she didn't let this all go, like he was always used to. ENTITLED ... at home and by LE in Aruba. (After all - look who Daddy was). Joran always broke many laws, (underage gambling, underage drinking, etc., and L.E. always turned their head. BUT NOT IN PERU!!!! Wrong girl, wrong place! Stephany!!
He will play cat and mouse with Beth Holloway till he dies. He probably would point to the ocean and say "I put her out there!" He lies about 99% of the time it seems. WHAT a game player!
