By offering various in-school and after-school programs, Art Feeds endeavors to help children express themselves in a positive manner through music, visual art, dance, writing, photography, and performing arts. Not only has Art Feeds worked extensively in Joplin to provide a creative outlet for children in special education classes and after school programs, but they have also worked in Ghana to provide art therapy for children who have been rescued from slavery and now reside at the Village of Hope orphanage.

This Sunday, December 11, Art Feeds will host a party at The Eagle Drive-In (4224 Hearnes Blvd. in Joplin) to celebrate the launch of its new website.

Purchase of a ticket will include:

  • Food and drinks
  • Silent auction
  • Music performed by Kevin Cott
  • Viewing of the new mobile art center donated by Extreme Makeover: Home Edition

Tickets are $25 ($30 at the door) and can be purchased at Instant Karma, The Eagle Drive-In, Binky Guy, or Eat Your Heart Out Bakery. Doors open at 6:00 p.m.

Help Art Feeds continue to help kids – be sure to attend the launch party this Sunday.
