Decorated with Jonathan Adler’s iconic designs, the collection has a very “groovy” theme. Jonathan definitely brought his vivacious personality to the collab, with pops of surprising colors and bright patterns found throughout the collection. Jonathan shared, “I’ve been a longtime fan, wearer and devotee of TOMS. When the collaboration came about I was ecstatic because it felt right and organic. I wanted the collaboration with TOMS to reflect the spirit of my work, which is what I call style, craft and joy. I want my work to be bright, optimistic, and to reflect the joy I feel in design.”
The Correa Sandal (a brand new silhouette for TOMS) and the classic Alpargata, retail at $59. The Kitty, Marco and Lobamba sunglasses are available from $160-$170, each inscribed with the phrase “our glasses make you look smarter” and paired with a striped case. In addition to TOMS.com, the footwear is available at all Nordstrom doors, and eye-wear styles are at select Jonathan Adler boutiques in the US.
As always, with every pair of shoes purchased, TOMS will give a pair of shoes to a child in need - and with every pair of eye-wear purchased, TOMS will help restore sight to someone in need. One for One.
Jonathan didn’t hesitate to become involved in the charitable component either. Here, you can watch a video with Jonathan’s inspiration for the collection, and a giving trip he went on in The Rockways in New York City.
