Everyone knows that the Jonas Brothers has some pretty excited fans out there. One of those fans has decided to sue this famous trio as reported by E News on Jan. 2. She has claimed that she was crushed during one of their concerts back in 2010 as they played at the Grove in Los Angeles, Calif.
Ashleigh Johnson said that she was traumatized because she was pushed up against a fence by a packed crowd who were on hand to see the band play. The lawsuit was filed on Monday, almost three years after the incident. In addition to suing Jonas Brothers Enterprises, she is also going up against the owner of the venue claiming negligence. The event was a free concert put on by the Jonas Brothers and a large crowd of fans always seemed to follow them around. Johnson claims that both parties knew that a huge crowd would be there and that security measures were not in place, which led to her mental, emotional and physical injuries.
Kevin, Joe and Nick Jonas have always obtained a huge amount of fans to their concerts ever since they came on the scene a few years back. It can get quite hectic with screaming girls everywhere. In fact, this type of thing happens at most hugely popular ‘boy band’ concerts. However, most fans won’t go so far as to file an injury claim like this one.
Do you think this lawsuit against the Jonas Brothers is a silly thing to do?
