The Jonas Brothers are finally breaking their silence three weeks after announcing that they were canceling their tour. According to People on Oct. 29, the threesome have said that it was a unanimous decision to break up their band and go their separate ways for now.
They have officially announced that it is indeed over for their famous band. Fans will be quite disappointed to hear this news. The boys met together with their managers in early October to discuss the future of their musical career as a band. This is when the final decision must have been made to end the Jonas Brothers.
It seems that Nick Jonas, the youngest of the group, was the one that had concerns over the future of sticking with his brothers for the long haul. After sharing his heart with his two older brothers, he said that he told them that he felt kind of trapped. It is true that these guys have a few other opportunities that have been offered to them. However, it is a big thing for a Jobro to admit that he feels trapped in the band that brought the three of them their fame.
The 21-year-old singer seems to want to branch out even further in his career and that does not include being a part of the Jonas Brothers band any longer, at least for now. He says that it is closing a chapter in their lives. This is a chapter that Jonas fans do not want to see closed.
These boys are talented and can do pretty much anything they want to in the future. Kevin Jonas is focused on his growing family right now. He and his wife, Danielle Jonas, are expecting their baby girl in January. As for Joe Jonas, it seems that he would like to do some producing and more acting in the future. The middle Jonas brother is said to have a drug problem. However, those are pretty much rumors flying around, That is most likely not true.
The three brothers are expected to make an appearance on ABC’s “Good Morning America” on Wednesday morning to address all of the rumors and to sit down to discuss the unfortunate situation of the canceled tour and the end of their band.
How do you feel about this admission from Nick Jonas? Are you sad that the Jonas Brothers band is over?
