“Mad Men” star Jon Hamm is apparently so over endowed that he was respectfully asked to wear underwear while in his “Mad Men” suits to make his manhood less conspicuous. According to Us Magazine on March 20, 2013, fans of the show thought it was Christina Hendrick's boobs that needed to be concealed a bit, little did they know that behind the scenes it was actually Hamm's bulge that was causing the buzz.
The tight suits worn in the 60s setting of "Mad Men" do nothing but call attention to Hamm's package and even some of the promo shots had to be digitally minimized below his belt. It is well-known among the cast that Hamm's overly endowed, but it's kept from the camera.
Hamm's rep sees this kind of talk as “ridiculous and not really funny at all.” In a recent interview he added, “I'd appreciate you taking the high road and not resorting to something childish like this that's been blogged about 1,000 times.” Apparently Hamm himself knows what he's got going for him, and apparently he doesn't consider this a problem!
