Jon Gosselin is taking ex-wife Kate to court according to In Touch exclusive interview dated Jan. 22, 2014. This time he is suing her over custody over their 9-year-old sextuplets. Once again, the Gosselin kids will be a center of controversy between their parents.
An interview with In Touch reports that Jon claims that Kate violated their custody agreement. He was supposed to have the opportunity to watch the kids when she took the two oldest twins, Mady and Cara, out of Pennsylvania. Kate, Mady and Cara appeared on the cover of People. They also had a disastrous interview on the "Today" show, followed by another TV appearance on "The View." Mady and Cara refused to speak on the "Today" show, but the did manage to answer questions on "The View."
Jon told In Touch, “They live in fear of Kate. Every time I see them, they tell me they want to live with me. First, I’m going to file for an emergency petition for contempt ... The next step is to fight for custody.” Jon wants to give his kids a chance to have a normal life.
However, before Jon can file for custody, he needs to save enough money to pay for lawyers and legal fees.
Jon alleges that Kate is using the kids to get more money and fame. He believes that because of their TV show, “Jon & Kate Plus 8” that his kids have developmental problems.
Kate, on the other hand denies that her children have any problems at all.
