Jon admits that he texts Kate about their children, but they never talk personally. Jon also had much to say about keeping his kids off TV and away from photographers. He said, "I'll fight it. I don't need the money, I'll just go to work. Because I fought so hard to get my kids off of television. It didn't work in civil court, it didn't work with TLC, it didn't work with anyone so I had to go to family court and try and stop it." Apparently Jon lives by a double standard, because he and Liz appear on VH1 "Couples in Therapy."

In August, Kate filed a lawsuit against Jon, claiming that he hacked into her computer, stole the hard drive, bugged her phone and gave information to Robert Hoffman, writer of Jon's book, "Kate Gosselin: How She Flooded the World."

According to Jon, the lawsuit ended when Kate dismissed the case. He said, . "I guess I proved her wrong or she didn't want to continue down that road. But Wendy, if I could do those things, I wouldn't be sitting here now. I'd be working for the NSA."

To date, Jon owns two homes located in the woods of Pennsylvania. He also works as a waiter.
