AP

Jon Gosselin is heading back to court. The star of 'Jon and Kate Plus 8' is set to appear in court on December 10. The date was pushed up from December 14.

According to RadarOnline, "The warring parties had a status conference Tuesday morning and the judge moved the hearing for a preliminary junction from December 14 to December 10th."

Jon Gosselin's breach of contract lawsuit with TLC trial has been set to April 19, 2010. According to a previous report by RadarOnline, Jon Gosselin is "likely to argue that TLC is preventing him from earning a living with a contract that is too restrictive." However, according to the same report, "TLC is not stopping Jon from earning a living . . . and contends he is always able to go back to his former job in Information Technology."

What do you think the outcome will be of the trial?

I hope they prevent him from being able to use the kids or himself to be seen on TV. He needs to go back to a 9 to 5 using computers, he has learned how to use them illegally and that seems to be his calling.

He is so arrogant and immature and cannot comprehend that he is an adult in the real world. He should be held accountable for his actions and committments like all other adults. Get a 9-5 job like Frann says.

I'm with you on that Frann. Jon thinks he can have any job he wants in the entertainment industry but he doesn't realize that for these past months even though he has used the media and his children for his own benefit, the media has also been using Jon as a media joke. I laugh everytime I hear Jon say he can't go and get a regular job. Why not? Millions of others have. Once it's all said and done no one will give a darn about Jon and maybe for awhile there will be jokes about him but as for him being a real celebrity, that's the biggest joke on the planet.

i am so sorry for jon - not because i am taking his side - far from it - i just know that he is in a lot of hot water. i wonder if he will be able to hold up. i think he is putting up a front and hoping for the best - just like he did with the money and the accounts - he put up a front and said he is innocent etc. and then when he was ordered to return the money he said he was sorry etc. etc. i guess he will be saying he is sorry again. but it would not work this time - this is not kate - this is tlc. where is heller now?? that big fool that gave jon all that stupid advice? jon where are your friends now - hailey was calling kate names like katezilla etc. and was saying to the media that she supports jon in everything he does - where is she now? now that you are in big big troubles all of your friends who wanted to make money off of you are gone. the courts should charge the two hellers also and mark heller should loose his license for life.

Jon is a whinny loser. That kind of a person uses people, and when they don't get what they want, they blame and attack the person. He will find another Type A personality person to take care of him, then blame them for his woes. He disgusts me.
