Jon Gosselin of former 'Jon and Kate Plus 8' fame did lose the battle against TLC, and as a result went for a ride on his ATV, in PA according to a new report. As a result of the loss, Gosselin can no longer get paid for unapproved interviews and new reality deals.
TLC released a statement after the ruling. OK Magazine reports: "We are pleased with the Court’s ruling today. The Court has validated our view that Mr. Gosselin has a valid, binding contract and that he has breached it repeatedly."
“Step one — getting the court to order Mr. Gosselin to comply with his contractual obligations — has been accomplished. Any further breaches going forward will be violations of a court order. We look forward to the next phase of the litigation, which is to pursue our claim for damages resulting from Mr. Gosselin’s numerous breaches.”

I don't know what's next for J. Gosselin; however, I keep saying that I applaude him for taking his kids off the air. It is better for them and greedy Kate needed the plug pulled on the show.
I don't think he took the kids off the air because he was thinking of them. I think he took them off the air because he was mad at TLC. A contract is a contract and he was wrong to not honor it.
Jon was not thinking of the kids when he took them off the show. He tried and failed to use them as leverage against TLC. He wanted to do the divorce dads show. TLC offered to take Jon off the show, which is how Kate plus 8 came about AND STILL PAY JON until his contract was up. This was not good enough for Jon, he wanted to be the wild bad boy of TV even though he was and is still married. Kate received permission BEFORE she did any other interviews, and was very careful about what she said and how it was worded. Why? Because Kate understands what being under contract means. Jon does not, nor does his attorney.
It is wrong for Kate to be able to go on and not Jon, that shows you how much TLC was mad because Jon wanted his children off the tv long, long ago. I will never forgive Kate Gosselin or TLC for doing this to Jon. TLC and Kate better be ready becasue I hope Kate has to pay Jon for what they have done to him. TLC could care less about the children, that is seen in what they are trying to do to Jon. TLC, you are a monster, I hate your shows now just because of what you are doing to Jon and how you allowed Kate to help you use the children in everyway possible. Go the hell away TLC, you are a roach, all in my opinion.

Jon "Boy"---which is exactly what he is a "boy" not a "man"---is and will get everything he deserves. "Greedy" Kate?!?! Do you not remember or maybe you did not hear but it was "Jon" that was made to return all the $$$$ he stole from "his" kids---not Kate. Kate is doing nothing but trying to provide for her children as "obviously" Jon is incapable of the task. And I am so tired of all this "exploiting" crap. Okay, so let's think about this.....u r so against it but "obviously" all of you have seen the show and I am sure you have ALL seen shows that have children actors/actresses----so what does that make you???-- A HYPOCRITE---that's what!!!! Get a clue.......
Kate may be greedy but at least she trying to support her kids without welfare, food stamps, etc. I'm tired of paying for everyone elses kids.
"Jon Gosselin commts suicide." The headline will be there.... lets give it , I'd say six months...TOPS! Any wife with a lazy ass husband, knows exactly how Kate felt... any woman who is complaining about Kate is either single with her own vision of a man or married to someone awesome! LOL.
