Jon Gosselin apparently pulled out a gun after being followed by a photographer in Pennsylvania Friday, and then fired off a warning shot before chasing her away in his car. The reporter followed him home from his new job as a waiter to his current digs, a cabin in the woods, when the scary encounter unfolded, according to TMZ on Saturday, Sept. 21.
The situation happened in Beckersville, Penn., when the female photographer followed the reality star home from his new waiter's gig, trying to snap photos of the cabin where Jon currently lives.
The photographer confessed that she did unknowingly follow him off the main roads and onto dirt roads, mistakenly assuming she was still on a public road, and not on private property.
Sources say as soon as she started snapping pics, Jon, "made an aggressive b-line for her", and then pulled a gun out of the back of his pants.

The woman claims the former "Jon and Kate Plus 8" reality star started yelling at her for trespassing on his property, and then fired off a warning shot.
The photographer high-tailed it out of there, but Gosselin followed her until she got back on the main road.
Attempts to reach Jon by phone and get his side of the story were not returned.
