While the rumors have been flying about Jon Gosselin’s relationship with “bad girl” Hailey Glassman, it seems Jon has not done his homework on his new gal pal Kate Major who has had some of her own legal and reported substance abuse problems as well.
On February 6, 2006 Kate fell down a flight of stairs on her way to the restroom at Tavern on Rush located in Chicago. Kate consequently sued the restaurant and two different banks connected to the restaurant (seeking 50,000 a piece). The accident report states, "Kate was drunk. Fell downstairs. Face first. No witnesses."
The report also states Kate was invited as a guest to Tavern on Rush for business purposes and the restaurant declined to inform Kate of the condition of the stairs in which she fell down. The report also stated 911 was called and Kate refused treatment.

The case was settled out of court and terms of the agreement between the parties involved were not disclosed.
Jon Gosselin and Kate Major are reportedly still in the Hamptons staying at Michael Lohan’s house, while Jon’s traveling companion Hailey Glassman is allegedly very distraught over Jon’s new relationship with Major.

John is now trying to promote yet another new image to deal with the adverse effects of his disgusting behavior. He hangs around with druggies because he has turned into a pot head himself over the past year hanging with the young partying college crowd. He has also become a heavy drinker and womanizer. This is what caused Kate to divorce him to keep her and her family safe. Kate has made it clear in the divorce papers that she will not tolerate Jon bringind drugs, alcohol and his newly chosen frinds around their kids. You can see that his eyes are red, druppy and glassy on several episodes of the last year and in many pictures of him. He thinks he can live that lifestyle in the the company of others who have horrific lifestyes not suitable for children's exposure and still be around kids. Kate was left with no choice but to file for divorce. He is now realizing he will need to make an appearance of cleaning up his act util the divorce is final. Don't trust him, he thinks he will fool
This man is very manipulative and complicated. He knows what he is doing. I would not want him around any of kids ever!!!
I agree with Thorp. Jon is using pot, alcohol, cigarettes, and what ever else his new wild party friends bring along. He is NOT getting custody of his children. I keep thinking he talked about rehab with Lohan.
Jon needs to clean his act up. I bet Kate hates she lost control of his behavior.
jon is a joke! Is kate a bit controlling? Yes but she had no choice. Taking care of 8 children, you would have to have a very structed enviroment. jon seemed to me child #9. grow up jon, remember one day your children will be old enough to understand what you did to their family!
Jon is a fool!! I can't believe he thinks he can bed as many woman as possible and that it is ok.
It's not ok! It is hurtful to the ditched women who have feelings for him.
Not to mention his own kids. What kind of influence is that for his kids?
I think this guy has gotten into drugs or something. He sure has changed!
