September 1, 2010 - Jon Gosselin allegedly extorted ex-wife Kate for money
According to a report by RadarOnline.com, Jon Gosselin tried to extort money from his ex-wife Kate Gosselin by threatening to report her to Child Protective Services (CPS).
Jon's ex-girlfriend Hailey Glassman first told Radar of this story and said she had personal notes from Kate's ex-husband saying that if Kate didn't give him money, he would call CPS on her and claim that an arm injury their daughter suffered was Kate's fault.
When asked about these allegations, Jon gave no comment, but he did Tweet about it, writing, "“Radaronline has been duped again by Hailey Glassman, who is apparently without a job and desperate for money.”
But Hailey insists that the proof is all in the notes that Jon wrote, which Radar claims it has copies of. On the notes that Jon allegedly handwrote, comments such as "I need at least 50K in the next 48 hours" can be read. Notations regarding custody, schedules, nannies, accounts and other subjects are scribbled.
Jon, however says that this is Haliey's way to get back at him so she can get money because she doesn't have a job. But she says it is Jon is the one without a job, "I'm waiting for JON to get a job so I can sue him for the money he owes me. HELLO!" Hailey said.

But who really cares about a little extortion between jilted parents? Maybe a polite letter to all your fans might extort exact a collective paypal check of $20. At least then you’ll be $20 richer than a dead thud on a dead end road.

There is proof Jon wrote those extortion notes.
At Radar Online there is a old story about his affair with Kate Major the Star magazine reporter it includes Jon's written contract with Kate Major.
It is EXACTLY the same writing. I believe Jon should be charged for this.He was caught once again in one of his LIES.
