Jon Bon Jovi set to sell NYC penthouse (Photos)

Bon Jovi frontman Jon Bon Jovi has put his New York City penthouse on the market. Yahoo News reported on Thursday, March 21 that Jon's Manhattan penthouse can be yours for a cool $42 million.

If you want to live like rock star Jon Bon Jovi and you have the cash here is what you could get. Bon Jovi's Manhattan pad is 7,452 square feet.

The listing states that the penthouse duplex includes a lower-level foyer, a massive great room,five bedrooms, a theater screening room, wood-burning fireplace, 11-foot ceilings, and a number of landscaped terraces.

A few of the terraces are stated to have a "Zen quality, and all have spectacular views of New York City.

The penthouse is located in SoHo’s New Museum Building, and comes fully furnished. Bon Jovi first purchased the penthouse in 2007 paying $24 million, and spending millions on renovations.

Jon Bon Jovi, who is happily married to his high school love Dorothea have for children, Stephanie, Jesse James, Jacob, and Romeo live in their Middletown New Jersey home.

Bon Jovi is currently on a two week break from their new "Because We Can" tour, until the first of April when Jon Bon Jovi, Richie Sambora, David Bryon, and Tico Torres will head back out on the road, making a week long concert stop in Canada.

The band recently released their 12 studio album, 'What About Now" which is currently number one in the united States.The album is on sale in stores everywhere.
