Jon Bon Jovi featured on CBS' "Person To Person", tonight 8pm eastern

Hey rabid U.S. Bon Jovi fans: how would you like to get a glimpse inside the lush exciting world of Jon Bon Jovi during his ‘downtime’?  You know, just hanging around the house, haunting his studio in between a solo project and a new Bon Jovi group effort; and just plain kicking back and being JBJ?

We promise you won’t have to scale the wall of his estate or rent a predator drone to fly above his house.

Tonight at 8:00 p.m. (EST), CBS will feature Bon Jovi on its’ series “Person To Person”.  Hosted by renowned journalist and interviewer Charlie Rose and ace reporter Lara Logan, the show marks the return of the show once hosted by the often-imitated but never duplicated Edward R. Murrow, who hosted the show from 1951-1959.

The show was famous for Murrow interviewing stars of stage and screen, musicians, sports figures and politicians from his perch in a New York studio while cameras beamed live and in-person from the residences of such movers and shakers as John F. Kennedy, Marlon Brando, Liberace, Sammy Davis, Jr. and Fidel Castro.

The show represents just another notch in Bon Jovi’s belt of public appearances, features, and acknowledgements by major media of his influence and legacy on the world of rock, and his tireless devotion to philanthropic causes like the Jon Bon Jovi Soul Foundation and the newly-opened “JBJ Soul Kitchen”.

Fans of JoviNation in the U.S. will be able to have a ringside seat as Jon takes Rose and Logan on a tour of his 16-acre New Jersey estate, complete with impressive rows of guitars, a recording studio that makes even the largest record  companies envious; and talk about envy, the enormous television screen the size of a football field (well not really), that comes up from the floor of the Bon Jovi living room.

So call in sick to work, get the kids into bed early, tell the hubby you have a headache, or fire up the Tivo, DirectTV or Comcast recorder and get ready for a glimpse of Jon Bon Jovi like you’ve never seen before…but wish you had!
