Kate's new show has a name

Looks like Kate Gosselin's new talk show with Paula Deen has a name: Momlogic.
You may be saying, "What an odd name!" And it kind of is, until you know that the popular website momlogic.com is produced by Telepictures Productions, the same folks behind the new talk show as well as TV talk show hits like Ellen and The Tyra Banks Show.
Making sense now?
Obviously Telepictures is trying to go the same web-to-TV route iVillage did (hopefully they're more successful) and attempting to turn a popular internet brand into a TV sensation.
So far, so good, as Paula Deen is a household name (and is running the show) and Kate Gosselin draws the media blitz -- it seems like it's Telepictures' game to lose at this point.
We're just waiting to see how Ms. Healthy Organic Kate Gosselin reacts to Paula Deen's liberal use of butter.

I'm not liking the name and it's not only because Kate and Logic shouldn't be said in the same sentence. Interesting that Paula will be running the show. That'll be keeping Kate awake at night. Kate's not one to let anyone run anything.
This whole concept is wrong. The name is a problem, the cast is a problem, and the fact this show doesn't have an audience is a major problem. How much time do you think a mom has to sit in front of the tv watching trash? Paula is making a huge mistake hitching her star to Kate. She is counting on people watching to see Kate's bad behavior. It's sad she thinks so little of her audience.
I think the show is a great idea and Kate as a host is even better, but the name needs to be changed. kate is an awesome mother who has inspired a lot of other women AND men. Every celebrity has fans and naysayers, some have more than others. Kate has more fans than naysayers so that says something about her. I don't like Tom Cruise or Brad Pitt, but more people do than not so I don't spend my life fretting over it. Sometimes I still watch shows they are in. I don't agree with either of their lifestyes either. By your standards, A. Jolie should stay at home all the time and never work. Give me abreak, I rally have to LOL as you guys are so hypricritical.

I guess I don't understand why people think so highly of Kate, I love Paula Dean, she has a wonderful personality and is very kind. Kate on the other hand is bossy and is fame hungry. I personally feel they don't mesh, jmo...

I believe Kate's most recent attempts to co-host a talk show speak for themselves in regards to her talents or lack there of. And just a thought, but if Kate supporters are still of plenty then why do Plus 8 ratings, a show on which she makes certain she is primarily featured (nevermind the kids), continue to plummet week after week? Althought I am admittedly a naysayer, all it would take is a little common sense to suggest that if her appearances on TLC are losing their appeal to the wider audience, this gig will undoubtedly flop. A new production company doesn't mean Kate isn't still Kate.

I have said it before in the beginning this show was sweet it is now an insult to my intelligence. I look forward to the day when Kate Gosselin won't be in my face via TV or magazine covers. There are people who see all of this for what it is. A no talent, OCD b@tch who will sell her children to the media and now pursue her own "fame" at the expense of them. Yuck!
Paula Deen is considering hosting a show with Kate Gosselin? WHY? The two of them together is hard to picture. Paula seems like a down-to-earth southern gal..a little overboard with the Y'all, but I like her, and she seems genuinely sincere. Kate is a phony, self-centered prima donna. Perhaps Paula has not watched any of the J&K+8 shows. If she had, she would NEVER consider working with Kate. Ms. Gosselin is one nasty barracuda! If the show with the two of them together does actually go on the air, I ahve no doubt that after the initial curiosity wears off the ratings will go right down the toilet, just like the TLC show. The kids are cute..except for that little snot, Mady, but watching Jon and Kate take pot shots at each other constantly is getting tiresome. I'd rather watch the Duggars and hope I don't overdose on the sugar!
