Former "Jon and Kate Plus 8" star Kate Gosselin is on her way back to "The View" -- though this time it may only be for one episode. According to Entertainment Tonight, Kate has signed on to re-join the panel of famous ladies she worked with for two episodes last September. (EW.com claims that her episode will air on March 11.)
Last time around, Kate was asked many times about everything from Jon's girlfriend Hailey Glassman to the status of her now-defunct TLC show. Now, the reality TV mom is in an entirely different place. She has a new hairdo (which she may or may not love), and she also has distanced herself a little from the spotlight. There are statements suggested that a new TLC program featuring Kate will air by early summer, but nothing is confirmed as of yet. If she's asked about Jon, Glassman will no longer be involved; he's now with Utah resident Morgan Christie.
Since "The View," Kate has auditioned for a spot on a talk show entitled "Mom Logic" featuring celebrity chef Paula Deen. It was initially reported that producers decided against Kate, but later it was then clarified that she was always meant to be a one-episode guest.

Yes, I'll watch and hope to find out just what she will do in the future.
i will absolutely NOT watch. i do not understand why they have invited her on -- she is boring, boorish, superficial, emotionally abusive to her children. she has nothing to contribute to a show that is regularly staffed with intelligent, hard-working, deserving women who actually have opinions. DO NOT LET HER ON THAT SHOW. and if she is on, let whoopi ask her the cold, hard questions that she has become so adept at dodging.
I love to read the blogs to keep up with Kate and Jon's doings, but I will not watch any program that either are on. I have written TLC's "contact us" and also The View to tell them I, for one, will not watch a program with Kate. The first few seasons it was interesting, watching the family dynamic. Then it all unraveled and became painful. Both have character issues.
No, Nein, nyet! Kate, Hate * regurgitate! I WILL change the channel!
No, I will not watch any show that regurgiKate is on. I think that it is time for her and the networks to realize that "it's over". Give it a rest, already.
