Former "Jon and Kate Plus 8" star Kate Gosselin is now back from Alaska with her eight children, but we really still don't have much of an idea as to what exactly happened up in our northernmost state.
Kate was spotted landing in Los Angeles Wednesday after spending a good period of time in Alaksa filming a new "Kate Plus 8" special. However, the is still one burning question -- did she actually go camping with Sarah Palin? A number of reports suggested that something was in the works, but no one has published any photos of the trip online. TLC has yet to even confirm that the camping trip even actually happened.

ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh poor Kate ( the woman struggling to raise her children, ha) And she went on a trip to Alaska w/ her children!!!!!
I saw all the pictures and you cannot find one with anyone smiling or looking like they had a good time, even Kate!
The kids are all scowling, hiding their faces or crying.
So some of you seem to think children should be smiling every moment of their lives? How ridiculous is that? Most children are tired when coming back from a trip especially after a long time traveling. Some of you read far too much into a photo and a split second of time in other people's lives. Don't you have anything else to do? Those children and their mother had a wonderful experience as Alaska is a beautiful place to visit.
Really, is this Kate person of importance to the country. Good gracious, get her off her high horse - wished she disappeared. Camping, my butt - what kind of camping would they go on, with all the cameras she so wants around. Talk about stupid people.
And I have young children & they do smile / laugh / play alot.
What a waste of time for the likes of Kate. Sickening........
I think she might have, that would be asom! but i think everyone should put their foot in their mouths if you just gonna bash the lady. If you don't know her then you have no right to judge. She is just another mom, but on tv. big woop if the kids arn't happy at times, you would'ent be either if your parents were gettig a divorce! but anyway i hope all is well with kate! and remeber if you can't say somthing nice, then don't say it at all!(the great words from thumper lol!)
Forget Alaska - PLEASE someone take my children & myself to the next state for a vacation. We would LOVE that.
boringgggg...yawn. The kids are getting too old. I see the same activities watching the little kids on my street, and it's natural playing
say what you will about John, but every photo i see of him with the kids they seem happy and smiling. Every photo i see of Kate with the kids they look so miserable.
Single Mom? did you see the entourage that she travels with? There is no "single" there. I bet those kids will regret that they never have any "family" time. My kids and I and my husband used to love it when it was just us, no friends or extended family, just us. An my kids smiled the whole time we were camping:) BTW, who is watching the chickens? Or did she return them like she did the dogs after the "episode" aired?

Just hope they don't come upon a wild animal, the way Kate screams and shrieks over anything minor, it could cause trouble for them all! She has never raised these kids alone, and I still think Jon could do a much better job of giving them a normal, happier life! She just likes to control and then play the martyr role of how much she has had to do!
Yes it was difficult for Kate. She looked wiped. I guess she probably had a "breakdown" on the plane for all the other people who were being harassed by her bratty kids like she did on the flight to Utah.
I guess it is difficult for her to remember who has which kid. Was it Steve, the colored bodyguard, the girl with the torn jeans or perhaps her "best friend" That's four adults NOT including Kate for 8 kids.
I know kids get tired but when they are continually dragged around doing things that they don't care about, then they don't smile and they sometimes cry as in the photos of the trip. It will be interesting to see if there are sound effects on the tv show.
I have not posted in a long time about Kate, as I have found better things to do. I am very disappointed that Kate is still in the limelight. She has taken every selfish advantage that she possibly could. I am not putting her down for wanting to make as much money as possible for her children -- but I think it has always really been more about Kate. I hope she wakes up in time and goes away to live a private life with her kids, before it's too late, and her kids are writing books and giving interviews about how messed up their lives were.
so she is on tv again??? don't watch.........just jealous cuz she is bringing in the dough that her deadbeat ex could not and as a nurse, those kids would not have it as good as they do if it were not for Kate selling them out!
too bad jon does NOT pay child support. he has no job. jon is peter pan who screws girls half his age. FORCING his wife to work in a very resourcel matter ... as a tv reality star. jon is a deadbeat father who does not care if his children eat, as long he can screw barely legal women.
It's amazing that a lot of you must be DRAMA QUEENS who are hooked on the desire to constantly complain about Kate Gosselin. You just can't resist searching for the latest gossip - just to tear someone down. STOP IT - GO TO REHAB - Do something POSITIVE with your life for a change.
The whole family should be barred from having any kind of animals. Call the ASPCA if they have any, they don't have time of the commitment to take care of an animal, nor the love that goes into it.
The Gosselins and the Palins are two dysfunctional families. Kate and Sarah are both media hos.

Did you know that Jon does, indeed, pay his child support....over $21,000 a month according to his Atty. Anthony List. Kate has never said that Jon doesn't, she hints that he doesn't to get sympathy. If Kate actually said he doesn't pay, Jon could sue her for libel.
Kate's kids are not happy and well adjusted kids. Happy, well adjusted children do not scream in terror over going home to their Mom like in the INF video.
Kate only lasted for 2 hours on the camping trip. She went home crying. I'm sure Sarah was thrilled to meet Kate. Not.
