Former "Jon and Kate Plus 8" star Kate Gosselin very recently spent an evening on the town in New York City -- however, she's now trying to return to business as usual. The reality TV mom was spotted shopping in Pennsylvania on Friday, making her usual stops at the post office and the store. (Her hair was mostly obscured by a hat.)
There's always a couple of fascinating things about when Kate goes on these sort of outings. First of all, she always seems to draw the paparazzi even when she's not doing anything exciting. In addition, she chooses to do all of this herself rather than having one of her nannies embark on the trip.
The Gosselins have surged back into the headlines this week thanks to Jon Gosselin's announced settlement with TLC. Kate has a new show of her own planned with the network, but her famous ex-husband is not scheduled to appear with her on the program.
