Former "Jon and Kate Plus 8" star Jon Gosselin reportedly owes his ex Hailey Glassman quite a sum of money -- $200,000 to be precise. Glassman, who dated the reality TV dad for several months last year, recently appeared on My Fox New York to declare that she is fed up with waiting and wants the money back.
In Hailey's mind, there are two different ways the transaction can be handled: through their attorneys or in the courtroom. The latter is likely an option that Jon would like to avoid, especially considering he recently settled out of court with TLC for a breach of contract lawsuit. Jon has spent the majority of his time lately trying to re-shape his image to an extent, staying away from the public spotlight while supposedly signing off on his children being filmed again. He is dating a new girl, but outside of some appearances at the Sundance Film Festival the two have been relatively low-key.
Therefore, more drama with Glassman is probably the last thing Jon wants. The two began dating shortly after the announced separation on "Jon and Kate Plus 8," and after a stream of tabloid headlines they called it quits; the also went through some heated interviews on "The Insider" and "Entertainment Tonight." Since then some drama has unfolded thanks to a robbery at Jon's New York apartment -- his people accuse Hailey of "ransacking" the place, an allegation she vehemently denies.
As for this $200,000, conventional wisdom suggests that Jon may have borrowed the money in order to satisfy a court order regarding some money he took out of his and Kate's joint account.

It makes perfect sence that he got that money from her. He really had no resources and was desperit to get out of his financial and marital problems. Bending his back or getting his hands dirty are either against his religion or just not a part of his vocabulary. ''POOR JON'' !!!!!!!!!!!!!
I think she gave him the money, that she was in young love with him and when things didn't work out for them, (media and all)that she now claims she lent it to him. And of course, this young love who was a first rebound person for Jon, was lashing out at him and could as the media wants the fuel and she knew she could play into it. I know he is not perfect and after all the years he was demeaned and ordered around by Kate and he is trying to take back his life. I think it was good for the show to end so he can really show what he is like if TLC would quit bankrolling his demise and drop the two of them. Leave him alone and the kids. And I hope in the end everyone will see exactly how manipulative and nasty Kate really is.
