As if Jon Gosselin, of 'Jon and Kate Plus 8' fame needed anymore legal woes - Kate Major, according to a new report has obtained a lawyer in order to file suit against the reality star.
Major's attorney, Ben Pietra, confirmed to RadarOnline.com, “Kate called me and has retained my services regarding a possible breach of contract between herself and Jon Gosselin. We are keeping our legal options open, but if a breach of contract has occurred, we will be moving forward with a lawsuit.”
Apparently, Major would like to sue for breach of contract, According to the report, "Kate had just resigned from her position as an entertainment magazine reporter, and according to the source, “Jon told her he would match the salary she was making at the magazine if she came to work for him as his personal employee.”

I think that we as the public should also sue J. Gosselin for lying to us and exposing our children to his lack of morals.
I think someone should step up, and see to it that Jon loses his share of custody regarding the kids. He's certainly not taking proper care of them..He's so self-absorbed that they are in real danger whenever they're with him. He's in a fantasy world, and when it all comes crashing down on him, the coward will throw the ultimate mantrum, snuffing himself to make others feel guilty for hurting poor little Jon.
My worry is, he'll do the kids in first, because in his sick twisted mind, he'll see it as a way to have the last word on everything. What a skin-bag full of toxic pus. Yuk
They all (including Jon, Kate #1 and Kate #2) need to crawl back under the rock from where they came.

be careful jon, think about the dad you are suppose to represent. we know you love your kids, but stay out of the star arena game. you are looking weak. the money will run out.
