Former "Jon and Kate Plus 8" stars Jon and Kate Gosselin will face no further investigation in what was a fast-moving child labor case that went before the Pennsylvania courts. Kate's estranged brother Kevin Kreider testified in the case, which was based around the psychological impact of children who face much of their early lives under the camera lens.
However, it was ultimately decided that the famous reality TV family would not face any charges -- though the Gosselins should have filed the proper paperwork before filming of the hit TLC show began. Pennsylvania Industry and Labor Press Secretary Troy Thompson had this to say about the case:
"It's important to note that we did an investigation and we made sure the children were not in any danger or endangered as a result of the work they were doing,"
Do you think this was the appropriate end to the case? Let me know your thoughts with a comment below! Now, Kate Gosselin can focus on a custody lawsuit filed by her ex-husband just last week. To view the latest photos of Kate from "Dancing With the Stars," check out the links here and here.
