After Kate Gosselin’s brief two appearances co-hosting on “The View” the "Jon and Kate Plus 8" reality TV star has reportedly been asked to film a pilot for a new TV show with Southern cooking star Paula Deen.
Industry insiders reportedly told Radar Online that their new show has the working title of Mom Logic and is based on the popular Web site of the same name. Telepictures is behind the site and the new show, who also works with the “Tyra Banks” show and “Ellen.”
E! Online broke the news of Kate's new show this week and now reportedly the proposed pilot will contain a mix of advice, health and beauty tips and celebrity gossip geared toward moms and moms-to-be. Viewers are to expect multiple hosts to accompany Kate Gosselin and Paula Deen.
Reportedly they are still ironing out the kinks in the show’s format, but as of now the plan is to have various hosts with Paula and Kate and reportedly comedian Sandra Bernhard and Tammy Lynn Michaels (married to Melissa Etheridge) have both been considered for the job.

Are you kidding me?!? What the heck is wrong with Paula Deen. She has a great personality and does not need to hang this leach on her to get viewers! I always watch Paula Deen. That will stop the day Kate "Hate" Gosselin starts filming with her. Who will take care of the kids then? Oh yeah, maybe the bodyguard!
Good for Kate and Paula, two determine moms. I like the age difference, it will allow for interesting points of view. Seeing Kate for few years how she cared for her kids, I am sure when she is doing the show, they will alway be taken care of and loved. Will love to see the show.
Charl appears to have self issues... Go for it Kate.... at least she is not setting there feeling bad about all of this... I give her all the credit in the world! She is taking care of her children and being the mom she is she has her hands full and doing a EXCELLENT job at it more than many many woman these days.... Good for you Kate! You deserve everything you work hard to get...
I also believe that Kate is a very intelligent woman. Think about this all.... and look at the Octomom.....

I think whether or not you're a fan of Kate I think she has enough going for her to make a show interesting. Just the fact that she has 8 little kids , but 6 the same age and 2 the same age. There cannot be a dull moment in that house.I hope that one day she and Jon can be kind to each other and who knows what the future will bring. I'll give her a chance just like I would give him!!!
