Rumor has it Jon and Kate have already split up and have been separated for about 6 months. According to In Touch Magazine, the couple are only continuing to do the show for the money.
This season there's been much speculation as to how stable their marriage is considering that Jon Gosselin has been accused of having an affair with a 23-year-old school teacher, Deanna Hummel.
Also according to In Touch, a friend of Jon's, Todd Cruz, who's employed as a local Pennsylvania bartender said that Jon and Kate are only pretending to be married for the sake of the show. He goes onto say this about Jon:
He said he was completely miserable and the marriage was pretty much done.
Other reports suggest that TLC is looking for an apartment to accomodate Jon so that he can be close by and on call for production crews.
One has to wonder, if this show had never materialized, would this couple's marriage be in so much trouble? Kate has said she'd continue doing the show because she still needs to provide for her children, but that's hard to believe given that they have enough to live comfortably, quite possibly for the rest of their lives. Are they stuck in their own Truman Show? Perhaps they just don't know how to live without the cameras anymore.

I agree. How come this information isn't coming from Jons mouth? Theres nothing from either one of them.
Although the pictures that are coming from Bald head NC, with Kate and Steve Nield wern't posed for. You can't pose in an action photo. He' gotten close to Kate, now he wants the kids also.
Go to just jared .com and see the new pictures and then do a public records search and Steve Neild is living with Kate Gosselin. Steve Neild was divorced from his wife when she found out about his afair in September of 2008. He's offically devorced in March of this year. They have been sleeping together for a year, hopefully TLC will pull the plug. THATS why they have been separated for six months. Poor children, their lives will be broken. If this isn't true, it would be a HUGH P R snow job.
The secret marriage contract is real. Steve and Kate are romantically involved for at least a year. Jon and Kate have been separated for a year. The makeover was for Steve and not for Jon. EVERYTHING is going to fall apart for her REALLY soon.
If it were Kate and not Jon who initiated all this "rumored" running around on each other then why is she so emotional about Jon...as a woman who was married for 28 yrs. I can tell you SHE WAS HURT...so I am finding it hard to believe she started screwing around...if she did become infatuated/or "in love" with this body guard she would not give a rat's #&# about what Jon was feeling...she would be to wrapped up with the body guard...she is going forward...what else can she do? I hope and pray that Kate will keep a level head and not involve another family...it is easy to convince yourself that something is "right" if you want it badly enough...I am 54...I feel like I have seen it all! ...I also, know the powerful effects of RUMORS and LIES!!!
they just need to call it all off kate is a BITCH! and i think jon is a hottie she needs to leave and take the kids with him i dont blame him at all for cheating i am boycotting the show this is one less viewer they have
