Everyone has their call, and everyone has their own direction they are called to help in, some have many directions to help in. Everyone is a sound healer. Sound releases melatonin and natural optiats and nitric oxide and scientists are studying it for shrinking tumors because humming brings blood and gets it circulating throughout the body, and opens up vascular pathways. Oxytocin the “bonding/trusting hormone” is also released, so there’s a lot going on in churches and centers when people are singing together. We heal each other and we heal the planet.
Fluidity is one of the keys to awakening
When you start talking abut sound healing people start labeling certain sounds, like this is the sound for this and this is the sound for that. And you must go with the flow of the sound and shift your frequencies according to your mental, emotional and physical vibration.
