Join United for Marriage in Indianapolis - March 26th, 2013

Despite the outcries of anti-LGBT politicians and groups, there is more fervor than ever before to make same sex marriage a constitutional right. A national movement has been planned called United for Marriage: Light the Way to Justice.

In a The Advocate Op-Ed entitled, A Call to Action, activists Cleve Jones and David Mixner called for rallies in March in support of the overturning of DOMA and Proposition 8. A movement was born at that point, and cities around the country have joined together to rally.

Indianapolis is no different. We are scheduled to rally as a city on March 27, 2013 between 6:00PM and 8:00PM downtown. Visit the Facebook page to get involved. If you cannot attend, please wear red on the 26th and 27th in support of the national movement.
