If you are interested in traveling and would love to visit some pretty exotic destinations, then look into the 2013 Travel Series with the Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical Gardens. There are some free information sessions if you are interested. The first information session is on January 10, 2013 at 6:30pm which consist of details about their upcoming trip to Kenya and the President of Classic Escapes, Stacy Fiorentinos will share her knowledge and personal experiences of the various camps, activities and adventures that will take place on this excursion. There is another informational meeting pertaining to the other excursion on January 17,2013 at 6:30 pm which will cover South Africa's Namibia and Botswana. The President of World Discovery Safaris, Dick Mills will discuss the various reservation sites and parks that will be visited on this exotic excursion.
Just a little bit about each excursion, the Kenya excursion will depart on June 21st led by Conservation Education Animal Manager at the Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical Garden, Doug Feist. You will get to go through Nairobi to the "Jewel of Africa" as well as the Maasai Mara. See the Samburu Reserve and the Flamingos of Lake Nakuru. The second excursion to Namibia and Botswana will depart on June 15th which is led by Manager of Horticulture, Brian Jorg. This excursion is 15 days of fun starting in Etosha for three days before you get to fly over the Victorian Falls and the safari paradise of Botswana. You also get to explore the Chobe National Park where the world's largest Elephant herd resides as well as the Mapula, the Okavango Delta and many other places.
