Everyone loves to create easy meals, but sometimes these are not the healthiest meals.
Frugal Recipes: Spending Less to Eat Healthy is featuring a 31 Day Healthy Recipe Challenge that will help you to find ways to create easy, frugal recipes that are also good for you. Doing so will aid you in meeting your nutrition goals for 2012.
The challenge officially begins on the first. You can sign up for blog updates on the sidebar of the blog, or bookmark the blog and visit each day. Just remember to visit the blog before breakfast on the days when a breakfast recipe is featured! You will get a heads up on when this is happening each time the day before.
Enjoy the challenge, and learn some new recipes. To save money, keep track of the sales being offered in the Bangor, Maine area. Shop places such as Walmart, Kmart, Sam's Club and Hannaford.
