Join Laine Crosby in Gettysburg for a special Halloween event

Investigative Medium Laine Crosby will host a Halloween weekend event at the David Stewart Farm, Civil War Field Hospital, and Colonial Homestead on Saturday, October 29th, from 6:00 pm through 9:00 pm. Following Laine’s discussion on “How to Investigate using your Psychic Abilities,” guests will have access to the house, barn, and farm to investigate on their own, or with Laine. The fee is only $30 per person, $35 after October 22, 20 people maximum.

In 1863, after the Battle of Gettysburg, the Confederate Army withdrew west along the Fairfield Road.   According to many accounts, for weeks after the battle all the homes and barns from Gettysburg to Fairfield were used as hospitals.  This hundred acre farm was one of the largest hospitals for the wounded.  But despite the trauma and suffering, the farm is said to be a happy place with ghosts whose lives spanned three centuries and they’re eager to share their stories.
