Bird feeders are continuous source of joy and entertainment for almost everyone. You can see birds of different shapes, sizes, and colors. If you are lucky, you might be visited by a song bird. At Cromwell Valley Park you can join a national bird observation survey.
Great Backyard Bird Count
On Saturday, February 16 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., Cromwell Valley Park is offering the Great Backyard Bird Count. This program is suitable for individuals and families ages 5 and over, and will be held at the Willow Grove Nature Education Center.
This program is $2.00 for members and $4.00 for non-members. Reservations are required to attend the program.
Help the folks at Cromwell Valley Park count and identify the different birds at the park feeders as part of a national survey. Participants will make a special Valentine’s craft for the birds as well.
