Weir’s husband, Victor Voronov filed a police report against Johnny Weir approximately a month before the Olympics in Russia. In the police report, Voronov accused Weir, 29, of biting him. The three time U.S. national champion managed to keep the entire incident a secret until recently.

The couple has apparently worked their issues out as both Voronov and Weir appeared together in the courtroom. They requested that the Lyndhurst Municipal Court judge dismiss the case.

At the start of the proceedings, the judge asked if the “victim” was in the courtroom. When Voronov stated that he was, the judge ordered him to approach the bench. At that time, Voronov asked the judge to dismiss the case.

As the couple lest the courthouse, Weir told reporters, “It is a private matter I do not wish to discuss.” Voronov also refused to comment as he and Weir left the courthouse.

Speaking to Access Hollywood in February, Weir said, “A marriage between two guys is different than what I imagine a marriage between a man and a woman to be. I mean we’re both constantly trying to fight to wear the pants in the relationship. Its constant fireworks. I’ve very boom, boom, boom.”
