Quarterback Johnny Manziel was recently told to "tone it down" by his new bosses in the offices of the Cleveland Browns. Manziel stated he wasn't going to change for anyone, and that appears to be true. TMZ Sports reported on July 1, 2014, that Manziel was caught partying with Justin Bieber, Floyd Mayweather, and others, but the party was broken up once the cops were called.

That's right, Manziel is partying with Bieber.

As if Bieber wasn't having enough complaints from his neighbors, the party was held at his house out in Beverly Hills.

The party was happening late Monday night and into early Tuesday morning and Bieber had guests that included Johnny Manziel, Floyd Mayweather, Tyrese, Chantel Jeffries, and Tyga. The party was going well before the Beverly Hills Police Department was called to the condo because of the loud music.

Some may remember Jeffries as Bieber's friend who got arrested with back in January for a DUI in Miami.

Once cops got out there, they told the gang to quiet things down and reports are that they complied. Well, at the time.

Soon after, the cops were back to Bieber's condo in Beverly Hills because of another disturbance. This time, the disturbance happened to be groups of young girls screaming and loudly adoring over Bieber at his front door.

Bieber has only been in the condo for a few weeks and the cops have been out there a few times before for groupies hanging around and screaming.

Manziel is in between OTAs and training camp for the Browns so he's sort of free to do as he pleases. His coaching staff and team owners won't be too pleased though.

What's also interesting is that Manziel just finished saying last week that he was tired of all of the off-field attention. He was also tired of being portrayed as only having a "partying lifestyle." Good to see he is keeping up with all of that.
