Johnny turned up at the recent Golden Globes Awards in Los Angeles without Vanessa, and the French beauty is said to be reeling following his nonchalant attitude at the prestigious event.
"Johnny acted like he didn't have a care in the world. He seemed fine, cheerful even, chatting away to everyone - including spending a while with Kim Kardashian," a source told Closer magazine.
"Vanessa will have hated it. They're rowing all the time, so it won't have been easy for her to watch him go alone at such an important event."
The two have been fighting constantly, Radaronline.com reports, and Johnny has already reached out to lawyers on how to “quietly” bow out of the relationship.
“Johnny has started reaching out to lawyers, probably to quietly discuss how to get out of the relationship. They’re not married but they’ve been together for years and have kids together so it isn’t as easy as just breaking up,,” the source tells Radaronline.com.
Even though the pair aren’t married, unless they have a legal agreement stating otherwise, Vanessa could be entitled to half of Johnny’s earnings. Her haul could be huge as the four Pirates of the Caribbean films have earned $3.7 billion!
Pirates of the Caribbean star Johnny and Vanessa started dating in 1998 and have had two young children together: Lily-Rose, 12, and Jack, 9. With the relationship falling apart, sources say Johnny is falling apart.
“Johnny isn’t handling anything well right now,” the source says. ”People around him are worried about how Johnny is doing because he and Vanessa seem so fractured right now. Their relationship is heading toward the end.”
Well, ladies, this could mean Johnny might be back on the market again, but I wouldn't count on it...when Johnny falls in love....he REALLY falls hard, and I doubt he'll let Vanessa go easily unless there is some very bad blood between them, and since they do share two children together I'm sure they'll still spend time together. I hope for the kids' sakes that they can work it out.
