Johnny Depp took the stage to accept an award the annual Make-Up Artists and Hair Stylists Guild Awards. The special award show was held at the Paramount Theater on Saturday, Feb. 15 in Los Angeles, CA. according to Just Jared.
The 50-year-old arrived at the awards show in an all black ensemble. He wore a black blazer, a black button down shirt, a black vest and black dress pants.
He also arrived with a shorter, blonde hairstyle. The actor wore his signature black thick-framed eyeglasses.
Depp received the first ever Distinguished Artisan Award for his work in “Edward Scissorhands,” “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory” and “Alice in Wonderland.”
The actor poked fun at his career. He said, “This is a great honor, but glancing up at the screen I realize what a ridiculous thing I’ve done. I mean seriously, why do they still give me jobs? I’ve done a lot of things…I should probably apologize for a few, but I won’t.”
Johnny Depp is reportedly engaged to Amber Heard. He hit the red carpet with his fiancé at the premiere of her new movie “3 Days to Kill” in Hollywood.
