John Mayer is now focusing on fashion. The "Your Body is a Wonderland" singer is reportedly coming out with his own accessories collection. MTV Style reported the news on Jan. 16.
Mayer collaborated with Barrett Alley for his accessories line. His line will include genuine leather wallets. The wallets will retail at $190 each. This is a limited-edition collection, only.
John said that the wallets are made from fabric taken from the 1800s. He also said that each wallet comes with a "hand-stamped card detailing the collaboration."
A leather string and a button fasten each of the wallets. On the inside, it has the "JCM" emblem. The wallet collection is simplistic, even for Mayer.
The former singer and songwriter said that he also wants to get into sneaker design. He says that he loves to "design stuff" when he has the free time. His biggest dream is to design the Nike Air Max sneakers.
John Mayer became known for his heart tugging songs. He announced in March 2012 that he's done singing due to a throat condition. He's currently dating pop singer Katy Perry.
