“John Lennon: The Final Interview” Radio Special, which features a radio interview recorded on Dec. 8, 1980, that turned out to be his last, will debut as an exclusive download on iTunes with the approval of Yoko Ono starting Tuesday.
The special, syndicated in December by Krantz Media Group on 150 radio stations, featured John Lennon and Yoko Ono interviewed by Dave Sholin, Laurie Kay, Ron Hummel and Bert Keane at the Dakota only hours before Lennon's death.
The special, in addition to having highlights of the interview, featured interviewers Sholin, Kaye, Hummel and Keane talking about their memories of the interview 30 years later and the events leading up to it, meeting John Lennon and Yoko Ono and a curbside encounter with the man who later killed Lennon.

I just got an iTunes account because of the LOVE album becoming available. I already have the album but I was going to get the two bonus songs. Problem: you have to buy the album to get the bonus songs.
I ended up buying I Don't Want to do It from the George's Let it Roll. I wanted the Isn't it a Pity demo but you had to buy the whole album to get it.
Not to get too far off topic but is there anything else worth seeking out from iTunes? I already have the Bangladesh single dubbed down from a cassette of Best of George.

Hopefully this is a free podcast rather than a paid audiobook, but I suppose we'll find out soon enough.

You do not have to buy the "Love" album in full to get the bonus tracks. I confirmed this with EMI. The tracks will be available separately.
$3.99 for the interview, but it is quite long; around 90 minutes, divided into 6 segments.

It's at the link at the bottom of the story.
