As much as I love John...I do not celebrate the birthdays of my dead grandparents, so why should I celebrate his birthday?

His birthday parties center mostly around Yoko and how she can make money out of it.

I liked the trivia quiz, but would have been nice to know how many points were available. I celebrate the life of John on his birthday because like my grandparents, he was so much a part of my life as well. I grew up with him unlike growing up with my grandparents. My favorite years were the Beatles but I surely enjoyed when he settled down and started writing again with Double Fantasy. He had the first all star band - Dirty Macs. Man, I enjoyed his life in mine. Prayers to his family and friends on Oct. 9th. My birthday is the 10th, I will be celebrating both.
