Here are some pictures of John Lennon (and some with Yoko Ono) from the Lennon archive to help bring some memories of him on his birthday. There are no Beatles photos here, as the photos spotlight John more as himself.
The pictures probably do more than any words could to provide some thoughts about today. Given how Yoko, Ringo Starr and Paul McCartney are living life, you just know John would have been finding a unique way to do it, too.
