John Cena confronts The Rock on RAW, Looks for redemption at WM 29

With 34 days until WWE's biggest event of the year, John Cena came out and confronted The Rock at the end of the first hour of RAW. According to a March 4th report by WWE.com, Cena declared that he will rewrite history as he looks to get "redemption" after losing to The Rock last year at WrestleMania 28. Cena claimed that his professional career and personal life spiraled out of control after he lost to The Rock. John also stated that he has waited 1 year to make up for his loss and to overcome the one hurdle that he has yet to do and that's defeat The Rock.

Despite many WWE fans being down on this rematch, including myself, I must admit that the WWE took a great first step at setting up this rematch. Both Cena and The Rock are the best at selling a storyline. Their mic work is second to none and they get fans riled up to see their match. This is a sign of true greatness. Love him or hate him, once Cena defeats The Rock at WM 29, and he will, Cena will cement himself as one of the greatest in WWE history.

The Rock admitted that Cena is the one man that he wanted to face and that he knows how much Cena wants to win. But The Rock said that he wants it more and that he will defeat Cena again.

WrestleMania 29 takes place on Sunday, April 7th. Cena vs. The Rock will headline the PPV.
