Megachurch pastor, Joel Osteen of Lakewood Church celebrated his 50th birthday on Tuesday and received well wishes from his wife Victoria, family and Twitter fans poured in on Tuesday, March 5. Victoria will celebrate her birthday later this month.
Victoria Osteen, 51, co-pastor of Lakewood Church, sent a birthday wish on Twitter, “Happy Birthday to my wonderful husband!” They have been married for 26 years and have two children, Jonathan and Alexandra.

Osteen has been the pastor of Lakewood Church for 13 years succeeding his father, John Osteen, a former Southern Baptist pastor. His mother is Dorothy, better known as Dodie.
Joel and Victoria both celebrate birthdays in March – Joel, March 5 and Victoria, March 28. Victoria is almost two years older than Joel.
Joel is well loved and criticized just the same. He is loved for his simple message and humility and he is criticized for not using an abundance of scripture in his messages.
