Joel Osteen comes to Jacksonville for a Night of Hope (Video)

A Night of Hope with Joel and Victoria Osteen will be on Friday, November 30th at the Veterans Memorial Arena. The event will begin at 7:30 p.m. and the doors will open at 6 p.m. Tickets for the event are $15. A Night of Hope will bring people together of different backgrounds from across the region for praise and worship.

Joel Osteen is American author, televangelist and senior pastor of Lakewood Church in Houston, Texas. His ministry reaches over seven million broadcast media viewers weekly in 100 nations around the world. In 2007, The Night of Hope tour went global to include Canada, England, Northern Ireland and Israel.

In addition, to the Night of Hope, Osteen will also be signing copies of his book "I Declare" at Books A Million. The book is filled with 31 written declartions one for each day and it teaches readers how to use God's powerful word over their lives.

Osteen is New York Times Best Authors. Osteen's popularity led him being featured as one of ABC News "10 Most Fascinating People of 2006", and was named "Most Influential Christian in America" in 2006 by The Church Report.
