Joe Manganiello proves why a werewolf makes a better boyfriend than a vampire

From Twilight to True Blood, the question of who would make the better boyfriend keeps coming up: Vampire or Werewolf?  This season of True Blood introduced us to those of the canine nature and fans have gone wild for werewolf, Alcide Herveaux played by Joe Manganiello.  There is still Team Eric and Team Bill, but now there is Team Alcide added to the list of suitors.

Let's analyze this, shall we?

Alive:  Werewolves are living, breathing humans that still have blood running through their veins.  Vamps were once human, but are technically walking, talking corpses.

Hot:  Would you rather rest your head on a warm, soft (yet sturdy) chest and listen to a beating heart or cuddle up to something that is ice cold and hard as stone?

Strength:  Sure, vampires are strong...very strong.  But, so are wolves.  A good guy to have around if you find yourself in a pinch.

Daylight:  You can actually watch the sun rise and have breakfast with your man!  You can have a day job, see your man in the evening, and still get a good night's rest.

He's there if you need him:  Let's say it is 1:00 in the afternoon and you need your boyfriend's help.  With a wolf, he's just a phone call away.  Good luck with the vamp...not only will he not wake up to answer the phone, but he couldn't even come out in the daylight to help you anyway.

Joe is the epitome of a werewolf - he's tall, muscular, with dark hair and eyes.  But, he's no softy, he has a fire in him that shows that he has no fear and is always ready for a fight.
